1. ABOUT US
Vexta Studio ("we", "us", "our") is an online streetwear brand based in Oulu, Finland. We design and sell dark luxury streetwear and cyber-sigilism apparel. You can contact us at info@vexta.studio.
By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. ORDERS
2.1 When you place an order on vexta.studio, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
2.2 All products are printed on demand and made individually after each order by our production partner. Please check your order details carefully before confirming, as production begins shortly after your order is placed.
2.3 We may cancel or refuse an order if there is an error in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or if the product is unavailable. In such cases, any payment you have made will be refunded.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
3.1 All prices on our website are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable under Finnish and EU law.
3.2 We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal and Klarna. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
3.3 The final amount you pay may include shipping costs, which are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
4.1 Our products are print-on-demand. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped.
4.2 Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Any delivery times shown are estimates and not guaranteed.
4.3 Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of delay or loss passes to the carrier within the limits of applicable law. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us so we can help track it.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
5.1 Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy. Please refer to the Refund Policy page on our website for full details.
5.2 Nothing in these Terms of Service limits your statutory consumer rights under Finnish and EU law.
6. PRODUCT COLORS AND SIZING
6.1 We aim to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly between what you see on your screen and the actual product due to screen settings and printing processes.
6.2 Please check the size charts on each product page before ordering. Our fits are generally oversized. Sizing information is provided as a guide and may vary slightly between products.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 All designs, graphics, logos, text, images and other content on vexta.studio are the intellectual property of Vexta Studio or our licensors.
7.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our designs, logos or content for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products.
8.2 Our total liability for any claim related to your order or use of the website is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order, except where otherwise required by mandatory law.

9.1 These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Finland.
9.2 If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections provided by the laws of your country of residence.
