Vexta Studio Fulfillment Protocol
01. Production time
All Vexta Studio items are printed on demand after your order. This helps us reduce waste while keeping our drops intentional. Production time is typically 3–7 business days from confirmation. During peak drops, production may take slightly longer. Vexta Studio offers worldwide shipping with tracking on every order.
02. Delivery times & estimates
Once items are handed to partners, estimated delivery is: Finland (2–4 days) and Rest of EU (5–10 days). These are estimates based on logistics partners. Actual times vary due to local postal services, holidays, customs checks, or unexpected delays.
03. Shipment tracking & email
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this code to follow your parcel's journey from our studio to your door.
04. Customs & duties
Outside the EU, orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes set by local authorities. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees.

Worldwide Shipping & International Delivery
We ship across the EU with delivery in 5–10 business days after production. Finland orders arrive in 2–4 days. Costs are calculated at checkout based on location and total order value.

02. SHIPPING
Standard shipping rates: Finland [X €], Rest of EU [X €]. We offer free shipping on orders over [X €]. The exact cost is shown at checkout before confirmation. All items are shipped within the EU to ensure customers within the Union do not incur additional duties. Track your garment's journey via the confirmation email link.
03. IMPORT TAXES
If ordering from outside the EU, your parcel may be subject to import taxes or customs duties. These charges are determined by your local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.
